The Toys R Us release of Masterpiece Soundwave that came with the MP cassettes was reissued by Hasbro Asia in 2016. The box is very similar but the right side has a black printed section with the modern Red Transformers logo running up the side.
This one package included Masterpiece Soundwave and FIVE of his cassette minions including Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Rumble, Frenzy, and Ravage! The whole team together in one pack! Wow!
Another thing that made this release special is that Soundwave retained his G1 toy's yellow eyes instead of red like the Japanese version. This reissue has the same yellow visor.
Comes new in sealed box.
