She is a Decepticon that has it out for Bee and has been rebuilt by Shockwave into a frankenstein's monster amalgamation robot! This Scout class figure shows her pre-rebuild in her original robot mode that turns into a car. Like all other Scout Class Cyberverse toys, it's transformation is... well unique and weird.
