This very special etched illustration version of Pennywise was released at SDCC 2019 and comes in a window box that allows you to see all the cool features of the toy.
It's fully articulated and includes two different facial expressions, a hand to hold a balloon, and two balloons! One is a matching grayscale ballon with etching, the other his signature red balloon. Balloons do not actually float.
This is a NECA Reel Toys release.
