This is the Japanese version of the Phantomstrike Squadron, or the Siege Skywarp set for you noobs.
This version comes all the way from Japan and has the special packaging with stickers over parts of the box as indicated in the photos. This includes an identical version of the figures inside of Skywarp, Fracas, Shrute, and Terror-Daxtyl.
It may have some japanese instructions but who knows until some sad sack actually opens this to find out! It won't be us!
Comes new in sealed box but may have shelfware.
