This is G1 Devastator from the Popmart Generations Series G1 figurine series. This toy sort of has articulation because it's combined using MAGNETS that you can move! The sculpt and paint is very nice!!! This is a tiny 4 to 5-inch non-transforming painted PVC figurine with a collector card. MAGNETS!!!!
This figure is only available by combining parts of the Devastator found in other blind-box figures.
